Introduction

The Hawthorne Children’s Museum would like to have a display of famous African-Americans in history. The museum would like to include a wax figure and a formal display next to each exhibit. Because this is a children’s museum they would like for students to create each display and wax figure. This is where you come in. It is your job to research a famous African American. You will turn your research into a display to be used in the museum’s exhibit. The opening date for the museum will coincide with Literacy Night and a presentation from an ‘Buffalo Soldier”
